LEVEL 4 AWARD COURSE 

The SFA North Region has a Level 4 Children’s Award organised. This will take place at Lawsondale Playing Fields, Westhill on Sunday 27th April, Saturday 3rd, Sunday 4th, Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th May 2008 from 10am to 4pm.

This 30-hour non residential course is designed for coaches working young players (5-12 years) and provides a recognised qualification for adults working in children’s football. Comprising 2 practical components consisting of Coaching Young Footballers and Technique Development, it is a prerequisite for candidates wishing to enroll on the Level 5 Advanced Children’s Licence.

Applicants should have completed levels One, Two and Three on the Children’s Pathway. Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced check by disclosure Scotland undertaken by the Association. The course costs £180 and cheques should be made payable to “The Scottish Football Association Ltd”.
