Folks,

I hope this finds you all well and hope you enjoy your summer break if/when it comes your way!

I have arranged for our regular 4v4 “mid season” meeting to be held on Tuesday 23rd August 2011 at 7:00pm in the seminar room at Aberdeen Sports Village and would ask that your indicate to me if you will attend or not and which club you will be representing.

Can you do this by Monday 15th August so I can make final arrangements.

This will give us an opportunity to review the previous 8 sessions and make plans for the next 10 events.

To that end I will also need you to feedback whether the teams you have entered has/will change for the following 10 sessions.

I will need to know how many 2003 & 2004 teams you intend to enter for the remainder of the sessions and I will see if any increase can be accommodated at the venues. Again can this information be feedback to me by Monday 15th August or on the evening of the 23rd. We will also speak about the 2005 age group and how we accommodate them going forward.

Raymond/Neil, can you cascade this around your member clubs in case any new teams may be interested in joining.
