Six new Life Membership Awards were made at this years AGM.
First up was Brian Bridgewater of Westdyke BC. Brian was a founding member of the Westdyke Committee and in the intervening years has run and coached teams at the various age groups. He even spent one year on the ADJFA executive committee.
Another founding father of his club was Gary Thomson of Cove BC. Gary has been one of the driving forces behind the expansion of Cove BC since its formation.
John Cruikshank of Glentanar is another long serving official in local youth football having experience at nearly has had a couple of spells with Albion BC with a short spell Albion he has coached or managed three teams to success in the SYFA Scottish Cup as well as having two Scottish Juvenile Cups to his credit.
Completing the numbers were husband and wife team George and Teresa Mackie who have guided West Garioch BC since it’s formation way back in 1999..
